  • Howard Stern:You hate the digital age, right? You’re one of those old-school guys, man, you just love film.
  • Quentin Tarantino:Yeah. I didn’t get into this for this digital crap. I got into this for film, 24 frames a second, the whole flicker effect of it all.
  • Howard Stern:But why is it so important to you, seriously? I mean, when you think about it, telling a good story on film or in digital, isn’t it just about the story?
  • Quentin Tarantino:If you’re talking about watching it at home, absolutely, positively. Who cares? The best quality is the best. But if you’re talking about me leaving my HOUSE? To just watch a DVD in PUBLIC? With a bunch of PEOPLE? Fuck that!
